I wanted to bake something special for the family get-together at Mum's. I decided on cheesecake as both my brothers love it.
After doing a bit of research online and comparing various recipes (including Smitten Kitchen, Jamie Oliver, Rachel Allen), I decided on Felicity Cloake's perfect cheesecake recipe (and made some small adjustments). I'm happy to say that it turned out really good. Served this delicious cheesecake with black cherry compote.
Now that I've found my perfect recipe, the next step is to bake this cheesecake again and work up the courage to transfer the cheesecake to a cake board!
